Central and South America produce far more coffee than any other growing region. The coffee’s grown in Central America and Columbia are bold, intense and have a full-bodied taste. Caribbean coffee which include the Jamaica Blue Mountain have well balanced with rich, low-key acidity while the Nicaragua coffees are full-bodied coffees. Coffees in Central America are soft as the sweet coffees coming from Peru. Latin American coffee run through a process called wet-processing, while the coffees in Brazil undergo through dry-processing to semi-dry or pulped dry-processing which delivers soft, complex and delicately fruity taste in every cup.
